The web applications we've designed and implemented are indispensible and vital business tools for our clients - from small organization websites to shopping carts, content management systems, and complex intranets for universities. We strive to satisfy the needs of our clients as they grow and move through each stage of success.
What We CAN Help You Do «
Barlow Net will be a perfect fit if you need design or hosting for a website or web application of pretty much any scope - private pages to corporate management tools. We can assist you with hosting, either on a shared server, or on your own server. We can even manage a dedicated server just for you. We've found that custom applications deserve a controlled server environment and so we manage servers ourselves, down to backup, security, and maintenance. Our operating system of choice is Linux for its amazing flexibility and power.
What We CANNOT Help You Do «
We are not an ISP (Internet Service Provider), so we cannot assist you with dialup or broadband internet access at your house or business, though we do provide great mail solutions. We do not program in ASP or other Microsoft-specific languages / technologies. We do, however, program PHP applications that run on Windows IIS and talk to Microsoft SQL, so if you're stuck with Windows, we've still got you covered.
We also cannot help you trick the search engines into rating your site more highly than it ought to be rated. We'd rather help you make your site be so useful and so good that it gains popularity and earns a high ranking on its own merits. We even know a thing or two about marketing your site online and in the physical world.
